Description: XML generation using Perl function calls
XML::Spice builds XML documents from nested Perl function calls rather than
string concatenation or a DOM. Each call names an element, with a hash
reference for attributes and further calls or strings for content, so the
structure of the document is the structure of the code.
 .
Because elements are ordinary function calls, mismatched tags become syntax
errors, and the generated document is assembled lazily and stringified only
 when used.
